Sessions, fees, payment

All sessions are currently virtual. To support focused healing and honor this dedicated time for you, please ensure you have video capability, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, uninterrupted space during your appointment. For these pet appointments, it is important that the pet be present and visible for a portion of the visit, as trained observation often allows me to notice details that meaningfully inform my assessment. In-person care is planned for the coming months.

Initial Vitalistic Consult - 60 minutes - $140

  • Required for new pet clients of all ages.

  • Intake paperwork (sent via the online patient portal upon booking) must be completed 48 hours before your pet’s session.

  • On the intake paperwork and during the session, please share what feels most important. There’s no such thing as TMI, as long as you’re staying on topic.

  • From a comprehensive review of the intake form and 1:1 time, I will design a personalized care plan and select the modalities best suited to support goals for your pet. This will primarily involve homeopathy, hydrotherapy, and ancestral living guidance. In most cases, you will receive your plan by the end of your appointment.

Long Follow-up - new concern - up to 45 minutes - $90

Short Follow-up - current concern - up to 25 minutes - $55

Extra time - $45 per 15 minutes

Urgent homeopathic consult - when booked less than 48 hours before appt time - add $70 to any fee listed above

  • For bites, stings, rashes, minor burns, anxiety, coughs, colds, diarrhea, trauma support (emotional or physical), or other urgent needs that do not require immediate surgical or other emergency intervention. These appts are not guaranteed to be available, as I am not “on-call.”

Fees & Payment Policy: Fees are based on time spent during appointments. Expect additional charges for services that extend beyond the scheduled appointment time. Homeopathic remedies, cell salts, or other products are not included in the cost of the visit.

Insurance is not accepted; this is a self-pay business. Payment is due at the time of service and may be made by credit card, check (declined check fee - $50), or cash. A $100 deposit is required for your first visit; subsequent invoice balances are due at time of service.  

Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Appointments canceled without adequate notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), will result in applicable fees charged to the credit card on file. For this reason, you are required to have an active credit card on our WVH Practice Better site.

Current Discounts: $40 off Initial Consultation fee for veterans, active duty military, and immediate family members of an existing + active patient; discounts may be combined.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the initial appointment and a rescheduled initial appointment occurs within 4 weeks of the originally scheduled appointment.
