Sessions, fees, payment
All sessions are currently virtual. To support focused healing and honor this dedicated time for you, please ensure you have video capability, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, uninterrupted space during our appointment. If the appointment is for a dependent in your care (such as a child, elder, or other loved one) it is important that he or she be present and visible for a portion of the visit, as trained observation often allows me to notice details that meaningfully inform my assessment. In-person care is planned for the coming months.
Sessions begin by establishing and strengthening the foundations of well-being - breath, hydration, nourishment, movement, community, and faith. From there, we gently address deficiencies, restore balance, and remove barriers, allowing your system to move toward a more natural state of flow and optimal wellness. Any phase may include homeopathy, HeartMath, intentional nutrition, supportive lifestyle shifts, and a grounded trust in the direction your health is moving.

IF I HAVE NOT SEEN YOU IN OVER 2 YEARS OR SAW YOU AT A DIFFERENT CLINIC, AN INITIAL VITALISTIC CONSULT IS NEEDED. Returning clients discount on initial visit: $50. Other current discounts may be seen at the bottom of this page.
Initial Vitalistic Consult - up to 75 minutes - $240
Required for new clients of all ages.
Intake paperwork (sent via the online patient portal upon booking) must be completed 48 hours before your session.
On your intake paperwork and during your session, please share what feels most important and whatever you’re comfortable sharing. There’s no such thing as TMI.
From a comprehensive review of the intake form and 1:1 time, I will create a personalized care plan and select the modalities best suited to support your goals. In most cases, you will receive your plan by the end of your appointment.
Long Follow-up - full HeartMath session, new concern, or more time to share updates - up to 45 minutes - $140
Short Follow-up - current concern, short updates - up to 25 minutes - $75
Extra time - $45 per 15 minutes
Urgent homeopathic consult - when booked less than 48 hours before appt time - up to 30 minutes - $160
For bites, stings, constipation, ear infections, rashes, minor burns, anxiety, coughs, colds, diarrhea, headaches, trauma support (emotional or physical), acute PMS symptoms, or other urgent needs that do not require immediate surgical or emergency intervention. These appts are not guaranteed to be available, as I am not “on-call.”
Fees & Payment Policy: Fees are based on time spent during appointments. Expect additional charges (billed in 15 minute increments) for services that extend beyond your scheduled time. Homeopathic remedies, cell salts, or other products are not included in the cost of the visit.
Insurance is not accepted; this is a self-pay business. Payment is due at the time of service and may be made by credit card, check (declined check fee - $50), or cash. A $100 deposit is required for your first visit; subsequent invoice balances are due at time of service.
Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Appointments canceled without adequate notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), will result in applicable fees charged to the credit card on file. For this reason, you are required to have an active credit card on our WVH Practice Better site.
Current Discounts: $40 off Initial Consultation fee for veterans, active duty military, and immediate family members of an existing + active patient; discounts may be combined. Cash discounts are also available - please inquire if you are interested.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the initial appointment and a rescheduled initial appointment occurs within 4 weeks of the originally scheduled appointment.
